Refund Policy - Isla Grandez
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register an item for return. To initiate a return, contact us at info@islagrandez.com.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items, or items returned without their original packaging where applicable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after the return is approved. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@islagrandez.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Preorder Items Preorder purchases are binding. Cancellations after the order is placed are not possible.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are excluded from our return policy:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without tags or original packaging where relevant
