Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after successful payment.

Delivery Times After Dispatch

The following delivery times are estimated and calculated from the dispatch date:
- Switzerland: approx. 2 to 7 business days
- Europe: approx. 2 to 14 business days
- Worldwide: approx. 5 to 14 business days

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, or high demand.

Preorder Items

Products listed as preorders have a different delivery time. The estimated shipping window will be shown directly on the product page and in the order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.

Shipping Location

We currently ship from our European shipping location in Switzerland.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, additional customs, import, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
